- Deleted ToDo.md and ToDo.txt files as they are no longer needed.
- Updated AssemblyInformationalVersion in Microsoft.SelfService.Portal.Core.API to reflect the latest version.
- Updated AssemblyInfoInputs.cache to maintain consistency with the new assembly version.
